Banque Populaire Maroc meets the economic operators of the Souss Massa region.

In an economic environment marred by a sharp deceleration in credit, due to  slowdown in investment and the decline in real estate activity, the Banque Populaire Group brought together the main economic operators in the Souss-Massa region to identify action and investment opportunities levers. Opportunities discussed were related to  the growth sectors in the region  such as tourism, fisheries and agro-industry.

Banque Populaire Régionale Group President Mohamed BENCHAABOUN chaired the  meeting with the economic operators of the Souss Massa region in Agadir This meeting is also in line with the  Group reform that enables the Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) to hold the majority in the Banque Populaire regional banks (BPR), encouraging  more participation in regional governance .

It will be followed by other meetings with traders in other regions in  the kingdom of Morocco.
